Ms. Naureen Ahmed and Ms. Swarna Natarajan, Customer Relationship Officers at nbadDirect have been presented with the nbadDirect Outstanding Customer Service Award for 2009 by John Malouf, GM Consumer Banking Division.
nbadDirect is a unique service of NBAD, which offers its clients “e-banking….with a personal touch”. Direct customers are encouraged to utilise the Bank’s alternative delivery channels, such as cash / cheque deposit machines, ATMs and, of course, nbadOnline. However, unlike other banks’ e-offerings, a dedicated Customer Relationship Officer is at their service and will assist with all their banking needs from the customers’ workplace.
Mr. John Malouf, the General Manager of Consumer Banking at NBAD, presented the awards to the winners at a function held in the NBAD head office. He congratulated the winners of nbadDirect Outstanding Customer Service Award for 2009, and expressed his gratitude and appreciation for their efforts.
“Customers make pay day possible, and so we are constantly seeking new ways to provide our valued customers with the highest standards of service,” said Ms. Anne Mcadam, Manager, nbadDirect.
“We appreciate the efforts of our staff. Additionally, at nbadDirect, we encourage all staff to benchmark their performance with the top performers to ensure that NBAD remains the preferred bank for customers,” she added.
“Staff play a pivotal role in our performance and it’s only right that motivated and committed staff be recognized in such a way. I truly believe that great service will retain customers and, what’s more is that our staff have fun with happy, satisfied customers so it’s a real win/win situation!” said Ms. Mcadam.
